I absolutely loved Shandy and Kira’s Secret Smile Project. Here’s what I did each day.
Day 1: I complimented a friends artistic abilities
Day 2: I wrote a group of friends and told them how grateful I was to know them
Day 3: the joke! It’s pictures
Day 4: I made all my interactions with others as positive as possible
Day 5: I paid for the person behind me in the Starbucks drive thru
Day 6: I spent the day doing things
I love
Day 7: I didn’t reach out to someone I hadn’t spoken to in a while but I did reach out to someone close to me who I knew was struggling
