A song that has meant a lot to me has been released yesterday. It’s called “I’m Here” by Josh Taerk. It’s such an inspiring song. I highly recommend you listen to it. Josh always sings this song on twitch live streams, it gets requested so many times. It’s one of my favorites. I’m so happy he finally put it out there officially

Another thing I think is important to teach children is that it’s okay to say “no” . If you feel like it’s gonna affect you mentally/physically in a bad way then don’t be afraid to say no to a family member or friend.

Definitely. I’ve gone back and forth between being a people pleaser and not. Sometimes I’m what’s considered selfish or self-centered, but that’s because I’d rather take care of myself first before anything else. Everything else, everyone else, comes second. I’d love to discuss the different ways to help kids with autism learn and also make friends. As someone who’s on the spectrum myself, it’s super important to me.

That’s great Sophie. My sister is a kindergarten or pre-k teacher (I forget which) and she has several kids who are on the autism spectrum. This past year was her first year teaching so she’s had to learn how to work with kids of that nature.
