Whether good, bad, or indifferent, this past year encompassed a significant amount of change for all of us. For me personally, I’ve had my fair share of difficulties, but not all has been lost.

These past few weeks, I have followed each of the 40 Days of Intentions posts, including the community comments. Reading the words of support, honesty, love, hope, passion — what an amazing experience!

These 40 Days oOf Intentions have opened my eyes to so much potential and provided  numerous tools to assist me on my personal road to discovery. One of the most important and yet still challenging takeaways has been learning to “Be” in the present.
