Today I had the first assessment for mental health services / therapy. I’ve been struggling on and off for 10 years and it probably goes beyond that, but I finally took that first step and wanted to share. I didn’t want to post about it everywhere and tell everyone (more because I’m so tired, not because I feel ashamed) but wanted to share here.

A song that has meant a lot to me has been released yesterday. It’s called “I’m Here” by Josh Taerk. It’s such an inspiring song. I highly recommend you listen to it. Josh always sings this song on twitch live streams, it gets requested so many times. It’s one of my favorites. I’m so happy he finally put it out there officially

My anxiety was at an all time high last night as I prepared for my first ever health inspection as a supervisor—-these inspections are no joke—-but I learned a lot and passed!! Immediate relief
