Wow, so yesterday my mom told me that I looked happier than she’d seen me in a long while. This was after I came home from my new therapy session. Imagine that, me being happy after therapy for a change. I didn’t even have the urge to spend which is what I often would do. In the past when I had a good session I would reward myself. If I had a bad and difficult session I would spend just to make myself feel better. I didn’t have to do that this time now that I realize it.

It’s nice to feel happy for a change.
