For me for refocusing my negative thoughts i decide to bake when i'am at home. I focus on choosing the recipe, go to the grocerie, and bake. When i finish i realize my negative thoughts are out. If i'am not at home, it's more complicated. I have no solution....
My small but big win of the day, is to check every task i have plane to do today. And it feel good !! It make me realize I am able to do more than i think.
