Three great movies I saw recently:

Close: French, two best friends who start school together and are questioned on their friendship, trigger warning for suicide/homophobia. Hard to watch, but I’m glad I saw it.

Champions: A basketball coach is given community service and ends up coaching a team of players with intellectual disabilities. Hilarious, heartwarming and just lovely. Definitely recommend!

A Good Person: Florence Pugh is incredibly good in this. After an accident, two people come together in a difficult way and they try to navigate their grief. Trigger warning for drug abuse, suicide, and alcohol.

Two of the three were harder to watch, but I’m really glad I’ve been seeing new films recently. I really do recommend all three if you can with the difficult parts, but if not, I REALLY recommend Champions!
