Kate posted in the group We Are More Than Our Mental Health
I love that you decided to create a group about this! So many people feel that their mental health defines who they are as a whole. But it doesn’t. It really doesn’t. I was diagnosed with anxiety at an early age (moderate to severe diagnosis recently). I used to think my mental health defined me but it was my mom that told me, it didn’t and it never will. She’s always been my rock when it comes to my mental health. Such a supportive and loving mom 🥰.

I have a hard time dealing with that. My mind is consumed with it daily so it’s hard to think that I’m more than that sometimes. My mom does what she can in reminding me though.
