Took a much needed four-day vacation. Went up to San Antonio and Austin, Texas. It was great. My sister and her family invited myself and my mom to go with them. It was fun. Got to see a lot and do a lot of things.

If I had to pinpoint my favorite part, it would have been some exciting news that my sister told us the day before we left which I’ll share somewhere else. That was one of the things anyway. On the trip itself though it was going to the Alamo at night. I’d seen it during the day a couple of times before, but never at night. It was so pretty.
