Going on from my last post, here are LGBTQIA content books I’ve read this year and loved. Some with Christmas themes, very Hallmark but so well done!
Honeymoon for one by Rachel Bowdler (Christmas).
Make You Mine This Christmas by Lizzie Huxley-Jones (absolutely laughed out loud more than once. Plus has great disability rep as author is disabled herself).
Kiss Her Once for Me by Alison Cochrun (Christmas).
Heresey by Melissa Lenharde (strong women figures, wlw and some trans rep too). Word of warning, I was bawling my eyes out towards the end. Tissues are a must! Despite the emotional wringer, an absolutely fantastic book.
The Red Scholar’s Wake by Aliette de Bodard. Space Opera wlw at its finest.
Frontier by Grace Curtis. Apocalyptic world with wlw that I was enthralled by as I read it.
Maya Deane. Wrath Goddess Sing. Trans representation all the way.
Whether LGBTQIA or not, I feel all of these can be read if they fit a genre you’d enjoy anyway.

I’ve heard of ‘Make You Mine This Christmas’. Every time I see that title I think of the song ‘Make You Mine This Season’ by Tegan and Sara which they did for the movie ‘Happiest Season.’
