My best place has been Yellowstone National Park. It may seem simple, but it’s also incredible with its diversity of wildlife and hot springs and geysers that are nowhere else like it in the world. It’s hard to choose which part I love most. I’ve also done white water rafting down the Yellowstone River which has been so much fun.
To top it off, my dad has been a park ranger there for the past 8+ years or so. This year he won’t be since he got a park ranger job in Alaska which is just as amazing.
I’ve been to Yellowstone like 7 or 8 times now. It’s a place I never get tired of.

Shy and quiet reader. Shy and quiet writer.
Aside from being a fangirl, I am an avid reader to the extreme. I converted an old bedroom into a library so much of my time is spent in it. I read a variety of genres but my main genre is Non-Fiction and a sub-genre of Native American studies.
My top 3 books of all time:
- Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
- Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer
- The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley

I absolutely love Yellowstone too! I’ve only been once on a family road trip from Michigan to Oregon when I was about 8 but just remember it being so beautiful. I’d love to go back soon.
Also, fantastic picture! It’s so cute 🥰
