It’s official. My therapist put autism in my file. I think that’s going to take some time to sink in, but logically I know that it really makes a lot of sense.

Thanks, Carson. That’s something I have to keep reminding myself of. My dad thinks I’ll start acting different, but I’ve never been around other autistics so I don’t know what he means by that, but it doesn’t matter. It’s like you said, it doesn’t change who I am as a person. Sure I’m autistic, but my behaviors aren’t going to change. If anything they just make more sense.

About Me
Ronnie
Shy and quiet reader. Shy and quiet writer.
Aside from being a fangirl, I am an avid reader to the extreme. I converted an old bedroom into a library so much of my time is spent in it. I read a variety of genres but my main genre is Non-Fiction and a sub-genre of Native American studies.
My top 3 books of all time:
- Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
- Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer
- The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley

Even if you have a new label, Ronnie, remember, it doesn’t change who you are as a person. You’re still you.
