Thanks. And yes, 5 weeks is too soon to even tell anyone, but sometimes it’s hard not to share. Of course it’s their secret to share and all of that too, but they wouldn’t find out if I told people here so I figure that’s okay.

It’s my parents first grandchild so that’s extra special. Given that my sister is due in March and my dad is a park ranger who leaves for his job in May who knows what will happen or if he’ll want to leave (even though my sister lives in a different city.) I’d say maybe see them one more time to see how it goes. If it still doesn’t go well then it’s definitely time to end it. If they’re still not going to be there for you after all this time then they’re not worth it. You deserve better.
