Today I had the first assessment for mental health services / therapy. I’ve been struggling on and off for 10 years and it probably goes beyond that, but I finally took that first step and wanted to share. I didn’t want to post about it everywhere and tell everyone (more because I’m so tired, not because I feel ashamed) but wanted to share here.

Okay, so, if you know me, I will have tried to have bully you into watching The OA even though it was cancelled on S2 on a cliffhanger. Brit and Zal (the creators) are incredible storytellers, and The OA holds a special place in my heart. A song that has meant a lot to me has been released yesterday. It’s called “I’m Here” by Josh Taerk. It’s such an inspiring song. I highly recommend you listen to it. Josh always sings this song on twitch live streams, it gets requested so many times. It’s one of my favorites. I’m so happy he finally put it out there officially
