Happy Friday! For the last few months, I’ve come to realize that I worry too much about what I really can’t control. Because we have been talking about mental health for the last little while- I wanted to share an activity today.
Create a worry jar! Write down all your worries on a piece of paper and then rip them into strips (or pre cut). Place them in any sort of container or jar and close the lid ensuring all your worries are locked away.2 Comments
