• Wow to think this whole time all I needed were a pair of specific earplugs!

I always had hearing problems growing up. Sounds were just always too loud and amplified to the point where noises hurt my ears. From my research and even my therapist said as much, that this was something from my autism.

I tried wearing general earplugs, but they…Read More

So I’ve really got to talk about ‘The Big Bang Theory’. Now it makes so much more sense to me.

I’ve always loved Sheldon. I know he comes off as a jerk and doesn’t understand people, but that’s what I could always seem to relate to. Yes he said several times that he wasn’t crazy and his mother had him tested and all of that, but it’s clear…Read More

Has anyone read this book, “Unmasking Autism” by Dr. Devon Price? I’m only reading two chapters a day because that’s all I have time for, but at the same time I am devouring it!

I have not been this seen before since ‘Quiet’ by Susan Cain.

I am absolutely loving this autism book. So much of it makes sense and puts things into perspective for me.

About Me

Ronnie

Shy and quiet reader. Shy and quiet writer.

Aside from being a fangirl, I am an avid reader to the extreme.  I converted an old bedroom into a library so much of my time is spent in it.  I read a variety of genres but my main genre is Non-Fiction and a sub-genre of Native American studies.

My top 3 books of all time:

  1. Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
  2. Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer
  3. The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley
